The Emmy nominations are in and we’re both exited and dissapointed. Once again Bones has been overlooked. Fringe only got one nomination. The Mentalist didn’t get any. Glee, Neil Patrick Harris and Modern Family seem to be the big “winners” out of our favorites. Neil has two individual performance nominations: one as supporting actor in a comedy (along with 4 other amazing (!) actors and one John Cryer *sigh*) as Barney Stinson, and one as a guest actor in a comedy series for his role as Bryan Ryan in Glee (YAAAY!). Flowing are the major categories and the ones of interest for this site (Tv By Nona’s favorites in each category in bold). A link to the full list of nominations can be found at the bottom of the post.

(FR 2.22) (TV-14 L, V)
Fox announced its fall prime time schedule this morning in anticipation of its presentation to advertisers today in New York:
MONDAY
8:00-9:00 PM House

In part one of the two-part, two-night second season finale, Walter and Olivia travel to the parallel universe, and the anticipated face-off between Walter Bishop and William Bell occurs when special guest star Leonard Nimoy returns in the all-new “Over There, Part 1″ episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, May 13 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR 2.21) (TV-14 L, V).

While Walter deals with some very upsetting news, he tells Olivia’s niece, Ella (guest star Lily Pilblad), a fairy tale that includes musical performances by Olivia and Agent Broyles in the all-new “Brown Betty” episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, April 29 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR 2.19) (TV-14 L, V)
When two teenagers on a date turn up “dead” at an abandoned warehouse with the three puncture wounds to the soft palate – a trademark of the shape-shifters – the Fringe team investigates the evidence as well as the motives of mastermind Newton. Upon discovering a shape-shifting embryo, Walter returns to the lab to conduct further analysis, and Olivia and Peter head to Massive Dynamic for answers. Meanwhile, Peter reveals a family secret to Olivia as Walter struggles to recall what Newton knows about “building a door” in the all-new “The Man from the Other Side” episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, April 22 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR 2.18) (TV-14 L, V).
When passengers aboard a commuter train appear to have died a still death, it seems that a switch was flipped because all cell phones, mp3 players, laptops, batteries and bodies have been drained of power. As the Fringe team assembles at the bizarre crime scene, Peter remains suspicious that something is amiss with Walter, who is struggling to keep the unimaginable a secret. When the investigation leads them to Alistair Peck (guest star Weller), a very powerful man who has tremendous energy with severe consequences, an ironic set of circumstances surface in the all-new “White Tulip” episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, April 15 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR 2.17) (TV-14 V)
When a perfectly healthy woman is found dead from a disease she never had, the Fringe team investigates the origin of this inexplicably fatal condition before it claims more innocent victims. Meanwhile, Olivia struggles to keep Walter’s secret from Peter, and her loyalty to Peter is tested as time goes on in the all-new “Olivia. In The Lab. With The Revolver.” episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, April 8 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR 2.16) (TV-14 D, V)

(FR-215)
