It’s always fun to see some of the worst/weirdest auditions again. Glad they showed a little from the finalists too.  Britain’s got talent guys! Oh, and I’m still in love with Simon’s face during Susan Boyles’s audition. lol, aaawww.

Love how they (Ant and Dec) often say “don’t you dare go anywhere” when they’re cutting to commercials, and the first thing Simon does is stands up and leave. Haha.

So, does anyone else find it interesting that the top three acts were the last three acts to perform? I honestly think that that had a lot to do with the results. All in the top three are great, and I’m really, really, happy with the winner, but I honestly think that because of the level of talent, people were affected by the order. You see someone in the beginning that you love and write down the number, then you see someone in the middle who you love and write down that number, then you see someone at the end that you also love and write down that number. When it’s time to vote, you vote for the last act you’ve written down on that paper since that’s the act you remember the most. When they’re all so close talent-wise it’s really hard to decide who was actually the best, and with ten acts the last three or four are the once that will stay in your memory the best. Hm, so yeah, I think the order of things affected the results a lot, and I do believe that the outcome could have been completely different if the order was. In example: If Flawless had been the last and Diversity the first to perform, I actually believe that people would have thought exactly the opposite of what they (including me) did after the show. You’d have forgotten the great things diversity did and just remembered that you really liked it, but when seeing Flawless you would have thought it was amazing, just like most did after seeing their performance yesterday… I think y’all know what I mean by know. :-P

Well, that’s it. Show’s over. Awww, it went by so fast! I still have a couple of BGMT reviews to post and I’ll get that done as soon as possible.

Diversity gave Amanda goosebumps? How does a dance act give you goosebumps? lmao. Hollie gave me goosebumps (real ones, not “goosebumps” as Amanda was probably referring to.)

To Piers the “goosebumps” performance of the evening was Susan Boyle’s performance. I think he’s taken the “I’m Susan’s favorite judge and I love her” thing too far, ’cause I’m not even sure she deserves to be in the top three looking back at it. Great performance, but there were a lot of better once imo. (i.e Diversity, Hollie, Flawless, Stavaros Flatley…)

Amanda’s dress is beautiful, and the long hair is back. Yaaay! *happy dance* Haha, love that she actually had a hard time sitting down in it. Maybe it wasn’t the most practical choice, but it was beautiful.

Simon: Listen, as we saw last night, anything can happen, so I’m keeping my mouth shut now.

I love Flawless so much! Everything’s so “clean” with them. (Those who have read my previous BGT/BGMT reviews will know what I mean.) They really put on a great show! Like Simon said: It was incredible!

Shaheen Jafargholi is one brilliant little singer. He’s gonna go far in this business; however, I doubt he’ll be crowned the winner of BGT. There are too many great acts, and I honestly don’t think what he did will be enough, no matter how good it was.

I actually wasn’t as impressed with Aidan Davis as last night, but he’s an amazing dancer. I still feel like it would be a bit boring if he won considering last year’s winner, but if he does win, it’s still be well deserved.

2 Grand are still playing on the grandmother’s death which isn’t really something I like. The grandfather isn’t that good of a singer and he messed up the beginning completely. It’s too bad ’cause the granddaughter is a great singer and she would deserve to win, granddad unfortunately doesn’t. The granddaughter could probably have a future in Disney movies. Do I sound to much like Paula if I start talking about voice-over work? lol.

Go Hollie Steel! Wow, wow, wow! That was the most amazing performance ever. She’s definitely my favorite in this competition now. She really deserves to win. I can’t believe how amazing her voice is. Only ten years old and that voice?! Wow! Hollie FTW!

Stavaros Flatley is so funny. The most hilarious dance act ever. Love ‘em. Wouldn’t be depressed if they won since they are true entertainment, however, I’m still all for Hollie.

I really think Shaun Smith is in the wrong competition. He’d do a lot better on X-Factor. He’s great, but I don’t think he’s the kind of talent that should win a competition like this. He’ll probably end up with a record deal anyway. :-P

Susan Boyle is a bit overrated to be honest. Sure, I’ve had goosebumps every time he’s sung on this show. She’ll be something even if she doesn’t win. I do believe the only reason she’s the most talked about contestant is because of the shock at her audition. Not saying I don’t like her though, ’cause I do think she’s amazing, and like I said, goosebumps + this was her best performance on the show.

Diversity was so amazing tonight. They were much more in-sync, giving a “cleaner” performance. I even preferred them to Flawless tonight. Wow. This is one tough competition. Oh, and they have to get an extra plus from me for the Superman thing (says the major Lois and Clark fan. lol.)

Ok, I’ll admit it, I actually got goosebumps from a saxophone performance. lol. Julian Smith gave a very good performance. He chose a song that I just love, especially after Leona Lewis sang it with Il Divo on “This is Your Life” [Simon Cowell].

Some kind of top-list. They are so hard to split up. Everyone’s amazing. I guess the top two row are the ones I want to win the most/won’t be upset or disappointed if they win. Third row is OK, don’t want the bottom two rows to win at all (for different reasons, not necessarily ’cause they were bad or anything like that.)

The Dreambears are funny, but i don’t think that’s the kind of man referred to in that song. lol. I wasn’t surprised that Simon buzzed them since he didn’t even want them to make it to the semi final, but good on Amanda for telling him how she felt about that.

I couldn’t help but laugh at Piers buzzing Good Evans. Not ’cause I thought it was the right thing to do (I actually like them), but because of Simon. Look:

Elliot is great, the twins are cute, mom is okay and dad is horrible. When they all sing at the same time, it’s really messy – unfortunately. if I want them to go through or not depends completely on what some of the other acts do later in the show. I do agree with Simon about it not being the right song for Elliot’s voice. They should have picked one that fit him better. <3 Simon for trying so hard to only say nice things to the kids.

Three buzzers for Luke (the juggler). Not surprising. The act was boring.

Poor Hollie. She got SO nervous. The parts we did get to hear of that song were amazing. The big question is, would she be able to perform at the final?
What took them so long to end the music after she started crying? Geez. Amanda was already at the stage ffs. I was about to cry myself after Hollie’s reaction to finding out she wasn’t going to be allowed to start over. What the f*** was wrong with the guy in Ant’s ear?! Seriously!!
Simon: Hollie, I don’t care how we find it, but we will find the time somewhere, ok?
How sweet can a man be? OMFG! People who say Simon’s cold and doesn’t have a hart can take something and show it up their f**k**g a**! As they went to break he went straight for the stage and Hollie. <3

Love the song that Martin chose. Even Simon was digging it. I couldn’t help but laugh at him for buzzing the second after the guitar lit up, especially since it was like 2 seconds after he was sitting there smiling and digging it.

Aidan is a great dancer, but considering last year’s winner, I think it would be really boring if Aidan won this year. Awesome mirror effect to his performance and I would love it if he made it to the final ’cause I sure wouldn’t mid watching him perform again. Winning the final? No.

Yaaay, Hollie again! Wow, what a voice! She really pulled it together and gave a great performance. After that I do believe she could sing in the finale. She’d be nervous of course, but I think she could do it. If she’s in the finale, and if she gets through the whole performance, she’s got a great chance of winning.

DCD Seniors‘ performance was too messy for me. They’ve got nothing on Diversity or Flawless. (I’m using the word “messy” a lot, aren’t I? lol.)

Greg had a shocking audition, my question was, with the shock-factor gone, will he be as good and interesting? The answer…? No (imo). Unfortunately I did not think he did well this time.

Wow, too many great acts in this show. Hollie was number one for me. After her, I’d be happy with either Aidan or Good Evans.

Sugarfree were really good, but do we really need another dance act like that? I don’t know. The final could be a bit boring, however, it’s not their fault that two similar acts have already gone through, and they are (almost) at the same level imo. I agree with Simon, it was good, not brilliant. He also thought it felt like someone older put the choreography together, it made me think of Paula. lol. Actually, some of the moves could have been inspired by her. There was one part of the performance where I went, hmm, where have I seen that before? Haha.

The dog act (Jackie Prescott & Tippy Toes) was disappointing. The dog did good, but the owner made a way to boring “choreography”. :-P
Piers: On a positive note, we got to prove that Simon is an idiot.

I’d really been looking forward to seeing what Callum Francis would do. Really liked his audition, absolutely loved his semi finale performance. Did he pick the perfect character or what? He looks exactly like Mowgli.

Simon buzzed the Brit Chix really early, I would have too. The song choice made me want to puke. Why would a rock band sing Spice Girls? That’s insane (= bad)! I was so happy they got “buzzed-out”. lmao.

Now that is how a saxophone sounds. Julian’s a great player and did he choose the perfect song or what?! Like Simon, I normally hate this kind of act and I thought I was gonna be really bored by his performance, but it was amazing.

Awwww, I like 2 Grand. The granddaughter is great, the grandfather is okay.  Loved that they perform together and you can tell how much it means to them. Unfortunately I think that there were other acts that were way better (more talented) and they shouldn’t be in the finale, but them making it to the semi finals would be the perfect “end” for them.

How polite is Simon? He always shake Stephens hand when he walks up to the judges table. Always! Neither Piers nor Amanda does that. <3 Simon.

Amanda and Piers seem to agree that Shaheen gave the best singing performance so far during the live shows. I do to. He’s the only one of the “great” ones that didn’t start the performance kinda off key and shaky.

Love how Simon really was trying to get Piers to agree on working with Kay. I think Piers is doing too much talking and not enough doing. ;-) No way he’d actually do it unless he wants too loose a bunch of money. It’d be like playing a lottery with no prizes. lmao.

I’m actually looking forward to this show. A lot of great acts in it. However, there is one (at least) that is pretty much guaranteed to be a train wreck (or.. train and wreck. lol)

I don’t get Harmony. Really bad imo. Their audition was pretty good, but tonight they kinda sucked. I was actually thinking about turning the volume down ’cause I was getting a headache. I couldn’t believe that Amanda said she thinks they sing really well. *dies* *headache* As usual, Simon’s the one to listen too. Loved the Spice Girls comment. lmao.

Kay aka. The human saxophone that sounds nothing like a saxophone. There is no way he made it to the semi finals on talent. This one’s got to be 100% for the ratings. He’s so bad it’s not even funny. I loved Simon’s comment to his audition: “That was not a saxophone [...] it was a baby crying.”

Amanda: To be absolutely honest, it’s bloody terrible, but I love you.

Ben and Becky are very good ballroom dancers, but guess what? There are other competitions for that. This is not the one. (Just like Shaun should have been on X-Factor, they should have been on a dance competition ;) ) This isn’t entertainment, it’s more a sport. You wouldn’t put two soccer goals up on stage and play a match, would you? Same thing imo, however, they are great dancers. Poor Simon though, making girls cry two nights in a row? Geez. You could tell he didn’t feel especially good about it by the way he said “oh, don’t be upset”. Aaaawww.

I think Shaheen did really well. That boy can sing! Dude!

The Barrow Boys aren’t that entertaining to watch, but honestly, could you do that? I don’t think you could. It takes a lot of strength and good balance. It’s definitely not an easy thing to do, but since it’s no funny to watch it’s kinda like “whatever”. It’s a talent but it’s not an entertaining talent, so it actually doesn’t fit on a show like this.

I looked at MD Showgroup’s performance a few times and there’s actually a bunch of kids in there that are pretty bad to be honest. They’re no more than mediocre anyway. It looks really cool when they’re all dancing, but I didn’t like this performance as much as their audition. The reason I love Flawless is because they are so “in-sync” with each other that no matter what they do it’s not “messy”. This, for me, is “messy” and I don’t really like that normally. However, I do like this group, even though it’s messy and some of them are pretty bad. They are really passionate about what they do and the message they want to spread to the world. It’s a good cause.

And there we have them. Train and Wreck aka. Floral Highnotes. rotflmao. Why did they make it? They’re horrible. So boring, so weird. Booooooooo. Piers is completely deluded (Simon’s words, not mine, although I do agree completely.)

I don’t know how much talent actually goes into Stavros Flatley’s performance, but it is extremely entertaining. They’re really funny and this is so much better than ballroom dancing. lol.
