Guest judge in Denver: Victoria Beckham

So, Victoria again? Why, oh why, would they do that to us? Geez. FOX really hate their viewers. *rolling eyes*

I had to pause and re-play the (part of a) Saula moment from season 5 a few times before I could continue the episode. I love that they still show Paula in old clips.

Paula Abdul recently announced on Twitter that she will not be returning to Idol next year. She’s been trying to work out a deal with FOX and the producers of the show, but as of last night she has given up the fight.

“With sadness in my heart, I’ve decided not to return to Idol. I’ll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day1 become an international phenomenon. What I want to say most, is how much I appreciate the undying support and enormous love that you have showered upon me. It truly has been breathtaking, especially over the past month. I do without any doubt have the BEST fans in the entire world and I love you all!”
