Cool when she talked to the waiter, I hope she isn’t a fake. I want to believe in those types of things!

Red John is back, in the final episode of a season; what a surprise!

Who is that? I don’t remember him, he is funny though! That’s what the show is also missing, I just realized, they need a comedian, to balance out the drama and tension on the show. Let’s hope that happens for the next season.

Jane owned that guy!
Funny guy: We have a schedule to keep amigo, tick tack. Sooner you are done fooling around, the sooner my people can find actual clues.
Jane: She’s from Iowa, she played the guitar, she liked dark chocolate, sudoku and snowboarding. Shy but strong, honorable, modest, didn’t drink or smoke. Parent’s died when she was very young, after collage she wanted to go into family law and help foster kids like herself or become a singer. She hadn’t made up her mind yet.

That freaking she dog! Oh my! I am speechless! First woman he dates and she places a bull’s eye on herself for Red John, poor Jane!

Love the teacher!

I like how Lisbon and Jane are on each other’s side when it comes to psychics. I am like all hoping for Lisbon and Jane rather than Jane and the psychic lady.

Bad fight, bad fight, the psychic lady is getting more annoying through ever scene.

That is a lot of cats!

The psychic is gone! Jane really lost it afterwards.

What is he doing? Don’t go in there!

Cause that’s what happens when you do!

Wow, twist! The couple was the ones who were crazy! Did not see that coming! Poor guy they are blackmailing!

It was him, Jane met Red John! Wow! And what a voice, he sounds like a teenager!

Done, final episode, The Mentalist was renewed so it will be back in the fall again, bye for now!

Jane and the spirit lady really get on each other’s nerves, so entertaining!

New Boss: Do you?
Jane: How did we get to this point?
New Boss: I’m just saying it would be a good thing.
[Lisbon and Spirit lady walks in]
Lisbon: What would?
New Boss: Charging Lynch with Bravas murder. How close are we?
Lisbon: A confession would help.
Jane: Well, why don’t you ask one of her spirits, I’m sure they’ll provide the evidence that is needed.

Such tension between spirit lady and Jane!
Spirit lady: What if I didn’t say spirits, what if I say instincts, would that be something you would accept?
Jane: Oh, well, maybe.
Spirit lady: Cause their telling me to come with you.
Jane: Are they, why?
Spirit lady: Cause the last time you spoke with Ilsa Engels she threw a tea cup at your head.
Jane: It was a saucer; it wasn’t a tea cup and who says I’m going to see Ilsa Engels?
Spirit lady: Tell me that you’re not. She thinks well of me, I can communicate with her husband. And she’ll only talk to you if I’m there.
Jane: Well I guess I have no choice but to bring you along with me.
Spirit lady: You think you manipulated me into coming with you, don’t you?
Jane: No I don’t. I think you manipulated me into thinking I manipulated you into coming with me.

Haha, it was so funny when Lisbon and Jane talked to the hooker:
Lisbon: I should probably tell you that I’m an agent. California Bureau of Investigation.
Hooker: Oh wow!
Jane[to the hooker]: She has a gun too and handcuffs.

Jane is quite the gentleman, letting the ladies go first!

I really thought it was the wife!

What was the point of the ghost meeting? That plan seemed unnecessary.

Cool, he really bled! Her prophesy came true.

Jane asked the spirit lady out on a date, naaw!

This episode was very boring. Focus seemed to lie on the case rather than the characters, nothing good happened!

Jane and the genius kid was so funny!

Talking to the genius kid:
Lisbon: Oliver Simon McDaniel. Your file says that you finished college at 16, graduate school at 19 and you were sent here after nearly chocking your father to death.
Kid: He is not my father. He is a cyber clone, sent by the galactic quantum lords.
Jane: Oh, them! You know, they are always up to something shady!

Funny:
Lisbon: The visitor log says that Noah was the only person who came to see you. How did you know him?
Guy: Uhm, grad school. I felt sorry for him, he was a little off. My guess was radiation. How did he die?
Jane: Gunshot wound. Which suggests it wasn’t the quantum lords that killed him.
Guy: Duh! They’d use a lower axe beam.

The kid has escaped:
Jane: Oh! Alert the quantum lords! [Starts mimicking a siren]

Haha, Jane playing with the bubbles!

Lol:
Cho: So you decided to escape and get it for yourself?
Genius kid: I wanted the money! There’s an intergalactic war coming!
Cho: Yes, I’m aware.

Finally a scene with Dawn and Rigsby! Her accent went away, a little bit. Wait, neither Jane, Rigsby nor Dawn are using their real accents. The wonder of acting!

The best scene so far in The Mentalist was in this episode!

Scary beginning with Van Pelt! She wants Rigsby dead? That can’t be right!

Haha:
Jane: I mean that’s not criticism, cause I am all about revenge. I mean revenge can be very productive.
Lisbon: Productive?
Jane: Well, take Rigsby. Van Pelt brakes up with him. Now he is in the best shape of his life, I mean he is hitting the gym what six times a week? Look at him! He is brimming with sexual confidence!

There are some weird constructions in a harbor! Never noticed that before.

I love the husbands voice!

Lisbon’s and Jane’s relationship gets better all the time:
Jane: Cale Sylvan is a dangerous psychopath and he killed Kelly Flower.
Lisbon: Uhu, and how’s that?
Jane: He had access and he looked evil.
Lisbon: And…?
Jane: When I told him he was standing in her blood, what was his reaction? Not horror, not embarrassment.
Lisbon: No emotion at all. Alright I’ll run him.

I agree with Jane, it is ridiculous. They know he is a serial killer but they have no proof so they can’t do anything about it.

Lisbon: He kills for money. He is a hit-man.
Jane: A psychopath who made money from his hobby. It’s outstanding! You do something you love, you never have to work a day in your life!

Hiring a hit-man is scary, I won’t ever do that. You learn something every day!

Jane isn’t very good in a court house, what a surprise!
Jane: Wow! Is that even a sentence?
The judge: Quiet in the gallery! You say another word and you’ll regret it.
Jane: Well, I’m sorry your honor but this woman is spatting nothing but ludicrous petty forgery and I’m a little hungry.
Lisbon: Your honor if you’ll let me down I can handle him.
The judge: Well Mr. Jane. That is your name, correct?
Jane: That is correct; Patrick Jane.
The judge: Well, this court here by finds you 1000 dollars.
Jane: Make it 2000 and let me tell this tiresome woman to move it along.
The judge: 2000 then!
Jane: Okay.

Wow, this is why Jane shouldn’t be in the police! A serial murderer will go free? That poor husband!

They are so angry with him, and they have a right too!

Jane has hypnotized the hit-man:
Cho: Hypnosis? Great plan.
Jane: No don’t be silly, hypnosis is illegal. That was a misdirect so I could search his jacket pockets. And find this!
[He opens his hands and looks very disappointed]
Cho: A button, fluff and some sand?
Jane: Yeah, it’s a bit anti-climactic. You have an evidence baggy?
Cho: You’re walking home.

Lisbon: Call Cho, I’m not even armed.
Jane: More lies! You have at least two guns in that car. [pause] Three?  Oh my, you’re the poster girl for the NRA!

That is a scary old lady!
Lisbon: We are cops! Just be cool! Put the weapons down now!
Old Lady: You put your gun down Miss Lisbon and you can live!

Well they are in a pickle now! Trapped in a container!

Lisbon and Jane’s chemistry was great in the container. I felt some love in the air!

So funny! Where are they?

Van Pelt hands Spanish speaking Rigsby the phone:
Van Pelt: It’s the Federales I think. Something about Jane and a goat?

Jane was hilarious when he got arrested in the court house!

And afterwards when he was his own lawyer was EPIC! Probably the best scene of the entire series!

Jane in the witness booth:
Jane: When I’m cross examining myself, do I have to stand down there and ask the questions and then run back up here and answer them?

Haha:
Lisbon: You wanted to see us ma’am?
New Boss: Yeah, yeah sit. Before I make any final decisions I wanna make sure I understand what happened. You disrupted a court rule, assaulted an officer of the court so you could question him and nearly caused him his trial in an unrelated felony case, is that right?
Jane: Yeah, that’s pretty accurate.
New Boss: You ignored your suspension, confronted a gang of criminals without any backup and then participated in Mr. Jane’s disruption, assault etc.?
Lisbon: Yes, ma’am.

Lol:
New Boss: Oh, Patrick! Judge Hildred called. You owe the court $16.000 in fines. He needs a cashier’s check.

So the new boss finally screwed up Rigsby and Van Pelt. I don’t like her, she is so… inhumane.

Jane: Hey, there’s no point in hiding your frustration with Hightower. I mean sooner or later you’re just gonna explode with suppressed rage.
Lisbon: With any luck you’ll be next to me.
Jane: Well, that’s what I’m worried about!

Poor Rigsby and Van Pelt:
Rigsby: Grace! Are you okay?
Van Pelt: Sure. No! You?
Rigsby: This is a good thing, okay? No more sneaking around, we get to decide what we wanna do.
Van Pelt: Do we know what that is?
Rigsby: Let’s just get through the day and then tonight we’ll open up a bottle of wine and we’ll talk, okay?
Van Pelt: Yeah, sounds good. I love you.
Rigsby: I love you. 

Funny:
Rigsby: …Janeen and Mitchell Langum. Ring any bells?
Park cop: No, but I don’t really meet people unless they are in trouble.
Cho: Well, these people got into trouble. Any reports of crime on the trail? Robberies, assaults?
Park cop: No, just raccoons, birds, deer, rattle snakes, bear.
Rigsby: I don’t think a bear shot four people with a high powered rifle.
Park cop [very serious]: No, bears can’t do that.

Wow! Jane is the pool master! Well, done! I play more like the kid did.

Cho and Rigsby lost in the woods was hilarious! A city person out in the country is always funny!

Pretty funny:
Rigsby: Cho…
Cho: Yeah?
Rigsby: There’s a pot plant here. Actually there is a whole bunch of pot plants here.
Cho: Looks like a farm.
Rigsby: Oh, yeah. Which means there’s probably some bad guys with guns… [Somebody starts wildly shooting at them]

Lol! Excellent! And he bought a flute, so funny!

Naaw! Rigsby sacrificed his job for Van Pelt! So romantic!

Rigsby: This is so simple. I love you. More than this job, more than anything.
Van Pelt: You got shot at today. You’re pumped full of adrenalin.
Rigsby: No! Well, yes, but that doesn’t matter. I know what I wanna do. I talked to a guy at the San Francisco office today. There’s an opening in the major crimes unit, it’s only an hour and a half away.
Van Pelt: You mean it?
Rigsby: Please. Let’s just do this. I don’t care where I work. I want you.
Van Pelt: You really mean it?
Rigsby: Yes, yes!

They are so cute!

Lisbon was really bad ass releasing her anger on the stupid park cop! Poor cop!

Jane and New Boss couldn’t be more different, hot and cold! Their talks are so interesting to watch!

He interrupts a funeral? New low, new low!

Jane was extra smart in this episode, very Sherlock Holmes, with the water and the kid and all.

Van Pelt: Wayne?
Rigsby: Wazup?
Van Pelt: I love you, I do. But I think I love the job more.
Rigsby: Oh, the job’s not a problem, I’m gonna go.
Van Pelt: You’ll be leaving the unit, for us. I don’t want that responsibility. You’ll hate me for it, maybe not today, but someday you will.
Rigsby: No, Grace, we…
Van Pelt: Sorry.
Rigsby: You’re certain about this?
Van Pelt: I know who I am.

The New Boss was nice? I love Jane’s expression afterwards.

The best part of the whole episode was Lisbon’s face when she realized she was going to be stuck with a crying Van Pelt in the elevator! Completely panicked!

New Boss: I thought I would have a nice quiet day today but it seems like there is trouble.
Lisbon: We lost somebody. [Silence] We’re looking for him…

Rigsby and Van Pelt are so cute in this episode! Seriously Rigsby was ready to go! Funny!

Did not expect this, the new boss is really stern:
New Boss: This bureau has seen some tough times lately. My mission is to turn that around and make the CBI the premier law enforcement agency in this state. Patrick Jane is a huge part of that goal. If you can’t keep him in line we’ll find someone who can.

The British guy is sort of like the sniper on Numb3rs, so sad that show is over…

Oh no, that’s the reason Van Pelt and Rigsby have been so cute, the new boss is going to do something to them!

Okay, and now I don’t like the new boss, I thought she was fair but after Jane talked to Anglet she was too mean, and yet again she was fair. I don’t know…

And there it is:

Nice of Jane trying to make Lisbon a bit more happy:
Jane: Hey.
Lisbon: Hey.
Jane: Cheer up!
Lisbon: Why?
Jane: Ehh, because it’s better to be happy then sad.
Lisbon: I’m not sad.
Jane: You are very sad. You’ve been sad for months. Ever since ehh…
Lisbon: Oh, what is this, some sort of therapy session? Did you bring tissues in case you make me cry?
Jane: There we go! Zinging of anger, that gets the blood out. Good start!
Lisbon: Is this what you came here for? To zing me? Cause I got paper work to do.

Jane getting out of the helicopter was funny!

Scientist and their logic minds:
Jane: She calls you darling, you both have wedding bands; you’re husband and wife?
Husband: Yes.
[Lisbon looks really shocked]
Jane: She looks surprised because you seem incredibly calm and cool for a man whose wife is dying.
Husband: How would an absence of calm and cool be useful to her?

Hehe, Lisbon joking while working is rare:
Van Pelt: Boss?
Lisbon: Hey Van Pelt. I need you to do background checks on Cliff Edmunds, Lilith Nash, Griffin Welks, Florian Tripp. I am sending you their details now.
Rigsby: Anything to be looking out for in particular?
Lisbon: Oh, one of them released a lethal super virus that could kill half the state of California, so I guess we are looking for someone with a prior background of an evil super villain.
Cho: Okay.

Jane interrogating the scientists was funny!

The scientist love triangle was a bit unconventional… But whatever floats your boat!

The dying woman talking to her daughter was incredibly sad!

The red haired man is awful! You just want to slap him!

Loved Jane’s expression after the red haired man left the room.

Lisbon lecturing Jane was funny:
Lisbon: Go find yourself a vending machine, buy yourself a candy bar and come back when you are ready to play nice.
Jane: Give me a dollar and I will.

Oh Jane…
Jane opens a cabin with a huge orange sticker on that says Biohazard.
Scientist: Don’t touch that please!
Jane: This is a murder investigation; I can touch what I want. You have a problem with that?
Scientist: It’s dangerous stuff in here, that’s all…

Very touching and interesting; Jane talks to the daughter on the webcam:
Jane: Hi! Can you hear me? Isabelle, right?
Isabelle: Who are you?
Jane: My name is Patrick Jane; I am here to find out who killed your mother.
Isabelle: Good. Kill them please!
Jane: I wish I was allowed to do that. You know, you should probably step away from your computer. Do you have any friends nearby?
Isabelle: I wanna be with my mother.
Jane: Yeah… I’m sorry for your loss. Do you have a candy bar around at all?
Isabelle: What?
Jane: Well, we were just talking chocolate and it occurred to me that chocolate would be good for you. All that emotion, it wipes you out and sugar is good for energy.
Isabelle: My mother is dead!
Jane: Chocolate and grief is a good combination. You should try it; it will taste so much deeper, more intense. Everything will feel like that for a while, you’ll feel more alive. You should probably try to hang on to that feeling as long as you can. It’s a gift.
Isabelle: I guess.
Jane: I want you to do something for me now, Isabelle. I want you to please turn off your computer and go tell a friend what has happened. You do that now.
[Isabelle nods and turns her computer off]

I got a little bit of adrenalin rushing through me when Jane opened the door, he could have died!

Jane mimicking the science boss was funny! Especially when he runs away and Jane points towards the running man and says:
Jane: Maybe I was right about the supplicant palm gesture. Yep…

Funny! The boss reveals that the security system had been down:
Lisbon: How long was it down for?
Boss scientist: Two months.
Red haired guy: Two months?! Anyone at all could have entered the lab; terrorists, crazies, thieves! Have you any idea how much trouble you’re in?!
Jane: Thieves? People wanna steal germs?

Hehe:
Red haired guy: It’s time to open the biohazard chamber.
Jane: Oh, that sounds fun; opening the biohazard chamber!

Funny:
Van Pelt: So I dug deeper, Nash is clean under her current name but had a brief marriage in Canada ‘96-’97. Under that name Lilith Blom, still in Canada she had a restraining order taken out against her by her ex-husband and subsequently spent four months in a secure mental institute.
Jane: Well, that could happen to anyone.

Jane hypnotized the little woman? Why? So funny.

You don’t want to hear somebody yell “Code Red!” in a facility that contains bio-weapons!

Jane caused all that panic? That is too cruel.

Lisbon’s last phone call:
Lisbon: Cho listen, Jane and I have been exposed to the virus and it looks like we might die soon.
Cho: Okay.
Lisbon: So I want to thank you and Rigsby and Van Pelt; it’s been an honor working with you. I need you to call my brother Tommy. His number is in my desk diary, it’s under ‘Town and Country Electrical’. Tell him that I love him and that I forgive him, for whatever. And that he needs to make peace with his brothers. That’s my last dying wish, you tell him that!
Cho: Will do. Okay, good bye.

Jane getting hit in the nose was so funny; Lisbon got some strength in her!

Brian George was in a scene in this episode, he plays Koothrappali’s father on The Big Bang Theory, he is awsome!

I don’t like watching TV-series where you can see which actor will participate a lot in the story later on just because they are famous! It is really annoying.

I agree with Cho:
Cho: What’s that?
Rigsby: Don’t know, some hors d’oeuvre thing they are handing out, want one?
Cho: No thanks, I don’t eat anything I can’t identify.

Hilarious, a doctor is examining the dead body, Jane approaches:
Jane: Dr. Steiner! Long time, new threads; sharp!
The doctor: Yes, the move from Sacramento has been quite pleasant. Fine wine, lovely weather, no Patrick Jane…

Funny, Jane is eating, Lisbon sees him:
Lisbon: What are you doing?!
Jane: Oh, I am trying to get the taste of salty food out of my mouth, Port et Crème, it’s basically pretentious chocolate pudding, do you want some?
Lisbon: No, we have to go and talk to the victim’s wife.
Jane: Oh, maybe she wants some? Comfort food.

Jane figuring out about the alcohol was smart!

Haha!:
Lisbon: Where are my keys?
[Jane hold's up Lisbon's car keys in his hand]
Lisbon: You picked my pocket?!
Jane: My turn to drive!
Lisbon: Jane!
Jane: Oh, don’t be such an old lady, get in!
[Lisbon shakes her head]
Jane: Your fears are groundless!
Lisbon: You’re right; the car has air bags.

That was pretty cool how Lisbon stopped the guy with her car door!

What an awful brother! The brother has done a crime and is being investigated:
Brother: I have valuable information; I can help you solve Jeff’s murder.
Lisbon: But you are not gonna tell us anything unless we cut you a deal? We are talking about your brother here Kevin; that’s pretty low!

I agree!

Pretty yellow shirt! Yellow is an unusual color in clothes these days, I wonder why…

Sleazy guy!

Naaw! Rigby’s facial expression after Van Pelt turned down the sleazy guy when he hit on her was so cute!

Lisbon has a darker tan then in the latest episode, explanation for the character: vacation? She doesn’t seem like the person who makes artificial tans.

Smooth Jane; that was different, doing his mentalist thing through the way people cook!

I liked how Lisbon straightening her desk made everybody nervous cause they knows that she is stressed, it’s not just Jane that can read people!

They are searching the lying woman’s house, Jane is watching TV:
Jane: Did you know a full grown elephant can eat up to 495 pounds of food per day?
Lisbon: Could you at least pretend to be helping?

I really don’t like the lying woman; she rubs me the wrong way!

Jane in the kitchen was hilarious!

Smart way to get the woman to confess! Brilliant!

The confession went on a little bit too long for my taste, hehe!

Nice new girlfriend Cho has: pretty and polite!

Haha:
Jane: Duty calls?
Cho: It’s a homicide in Oakland, they want help with the ID.
Jane: You’re going to disappoint that lovely young lady waiting out by the elevator for a corpse? In Oakland?
Cho: A job’s a’ job.
Jane: I’ll come with you.
Cho: No, I’ll do this alone.
[Cut to Cho getting out of the car at the crime scene; along with Jane.]

Cho having to ID his friend’s body was so sad, he looked devastated.

So funny.
Rigsby is trying to figure out Jane’s coin trick:
Cho: God morning.
Rigsby: [About the coin] Does that look funny to you? Like, thicker?
Cho: Why?
Rigsby: I’m thinking Jane weighted it on one side, so it always lands heads. Except when I flip it, it doesn’t always lands heads, comes up tales half the time. Maybe there is a technique of tossing it…
Cho: You’re not getting enough sex from Van Pelt.

This thing with Cho and his friend is so sad.

For once Jane prying was a good thing. I really liked how he talked Cho into investigating the death, he was really sweet about it.

Cho showing Jane where he grew up:
Cho: I stole a car over there when I was 14.
Jane: Yeah?
Cho: Crashed it over there.
Jane: Oh.

Haha Cho’s nickname in the gang was “The Ice Man”, so appropriate!

Rigsby and his obsession with the coin is so funny!

Haha:
Jane: And who is “KS” anyways?
Cho: He’s a gang leader. Bad guy.
Jane: What did you do to make him mad?
Cho: I shot him.
Jane: That would do it!

Cho and his girlfriend being attacked in their own home was scary, you should never join a gang kids!

Finally we get to know something about Cho’s life:
Jane: Why did you shoot KS? I mean, it’s a gang; there’s gotta be some kind of rules against that sort of thing.
Cho: KS wanted to do a home invasion; you go in, hold the family hostage and take all of their cash. I wouldn’t do it. KS wanted me on the job, we argued, he pulled his gun, I pulled mine faster, tagged him in the shoulder.
Jane: Ouch.
Cho: That’s when I left the gang, I gave my gun to David, couple of days later he boosted a car, they pulled him over and found the gun on him. With the possession charge he got 15 years.
Jane: And you felt responsible because it was your gun?
Cho: No, it was stupid to have it on him, he never should have done that.
Jane: Then you joined the army?
Cho: Almost two weeks later, I wanted to get as far away as I could. Told myself I’d never go back.
Jane: Okay.

We have gone through an episode about Lisbon, Jane and now Cho, soon it will be Rigsby and Van Pelt hopefully! These types of episodes really brings the show up a level. It really improves the show.

Cho attacking the gang member was scary, he really lost it!

Stupid secretary, the scene with her was funny!

Wow, KS wasn’t very scary looking! I thought he would have a monocle, ruby rings and hold a white Persian cat.

No! Jane screwed it up! Stupid! But then he talked the situation away, smooth; he doesn’t need a gun he has his mind tricks!

What is he doing with the paper?

If it comes from somebody who is a career criminal, it must be true:
Gang leader KS: [About Jane] You are one strange freak, man.

Rigsby finally found out what the trick was about, good for him!

Scratch Cho getting crazy and attacking the gang member, he really, really went crazy on the business man, that was extremely insane! He even locked up Rigsby and Jane so they couldn’t stop him! But wait a minute, they tricked me! I got it after a while though! I feel kind of proud that I got it before it was revealed! Yep, made my day, I’m smart!

This was a very good episode, I recommend it! And the end scene with the relative of Cho’s friend was extremely touching, very beautiful!
