Before anything, you just know it’s going to be a good episode when the title of it is: “Slapsgiving 2: Revenge of the Slap”! Oh the ever ending, joyous slap bet!

Love Marshall’s excitement over the turkey!

Then we get a nice flashback of the slap bet, followed by:
Robin: Are you saying what we thing you’re saying?
Marshall: Probably not. Unless you’re thinking Slapsgiving 2: Revenge of the slap! In which case, yes that is exactly what I’m saying!
Robin: Wait Marshall, you realize you only have one left after this are you sure you want to spend the slap today?
Marshall: Well life is short, I figured Slape Diem.

Lily’s dad? Oh! I always imagined Lily having a type of Norman Rockwell family; her dad really doesn’t fit to that.

Love the scary Lily with the accompanying scary music!

Hilarious:
Robin: Oh god, I hope Lily’s okay.
Ted: Me too, she doesn’t talk about it much but this thing with her dad causes her a lot of pain.
Barney: Just tell me which one of you is gonna slap me!
Ted: What?
Barney: I’m dying over here! Ted reaches for a chip, I flinch! Robin fixes her hair, I flinch! I’m doing so much flinching it’s bad for my skin. Then crow’s feet. Crow’s feet!

I love Marshall and his kind heart:
Lily: Marshall, that man broke my heart every single day for twenty years!
Marshall: Well, then, we’ll just give him some dark meat.

Marshall Ericson family dinner, funny!

Love the fighting between Ted and Robin, I really fell for Ted saying he was still in love with Robin; I stopped breathing there for a second!
Wow, Marshall standing up for Lily’s father. That was big of him and also wrong, very wrong.

Ted: Wait a minute, wait a minute; the slap was suppose to be a wonderful thing, a gift and look it has turned us against each other.
Robin: My god, your right, this once pure fruit has turned into a poison slap hole. You know what, seriously, you take it.
Ted: Are you sure?
Robin: Slapsolutely.
Good job Marshall! Good for kicking Lily’s dad out!

So pretty:
Marshall: Ted, Robin, it’s two minutes until sun down, have you guys decided, which one of you is gonna get to slap Barney right in his face?
Robin: It’s going to be Ted.
Ted: What? Why me?
Robin: Well, last year you got left at the altar, you lost your job. You have come such a long way since then. I’m so proud of you Ted. You deserve to slap someone in his face as hard as you can.
Ted: Thanks.

How beautiful with the passing around of the slap bet!
Now four out of five slaps has been slapped! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
