Andy Hallett, who starred as Lorne (”the Host”) on the TV series Angel, died of heart failure last night at age 33, according to his longtime agent and friend Pat Brady. So, I’m hearing a lot about the results not being the actually results this week. A lot of people are saying that Scott had lower results then Matt and some that he even had a lower number of votes then Michael. I can believe the first, but I doubt the second. No matter how much I like Michael, I doubt FOX and American Idol would go as far as to kicking out the wrong person. However, the reason for this is said to be Stevie Wonder’s performance. They say that kicking out Scott right after Stevie’s performance would ’cause too much bad/negative press for FOX. *shrugs* I’m actually not sure what to believe. Like I said, I doubt they’d go as far as to kicking out someone who didn’t get the lowest number of votes, but I could see them switching Scott’s and Matt’s places for this. Now, if it were to be revealed that Michael did not get the lowest number of votes, but Scott did, then I’d be pissed, and I believe that FOX would definitely get a lot worse press then they would have if they’d kicked Scott.

The Salt in the Wound

When a petrified human body is found buried in a mound of salt in a city de-icing truck, Booth and Brennan are on the case. They discover the victim, Ashley, was a 16-year-old high school volleyball player who had been missing for three weeks. When the team discovers Ashley was pregnant at the time of her death, they are shocked to find that nearly half of her volleyball team is either pregnant or already has a baby, and the press reports an alleged “pregnancy pact.” Booth and Brennan must delve through the complex web of relationships to find a motive for Ashley’s murder. Meanwhile, when Angela and Roxie discuss adopting a dog, they must confront larger issues in their relationship in “The Salt in the Wounds” episode of BONES airing Thursday, March 19 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. The season finale of Bones (spoiler….. where we’ve been promised that Booth and Brennan finally end up in bed together) might not air! Due to the president speech next week they have to move the whole schedule one week forward and so far the word is that the last Bones episode this season still will air on May 14th – meaning that the real season finale might be pulled. Instead, the episode might not air until the beginning of season 5!
